The most commonly used service of recruitment is the search and selection process from our own database. Now spanning over 13 years, this includes some 13,000 candidates from Lands End to John O’Groats. Candidates are selected from many industries though advertising and recommendations.
Group Selections are a process that can be used either from the search and selection process or from an assignment. Candidates are invited to attend a meeting all at the same time. Some companies prefer this process as the company profile and job description can be explained at the same time to all present and the selection process can be reduced quickly and efficiently. This system is ideal for junior appointments or where there is a need to recruit a number of candidates for the same or similar vacancies throughout the UK.
Recruitment Assignments are a process that PMR handles from the initial briefing stage though to final acceptance by the candidate. All stages are handled personally, including advertising, the screening process, psychometric profiling, IQ testing and providing a short list of Candidates for interviewing by the client. The Consultant is involved throughout including attending interviews with the Client, arranging all interviews and meetings and negotiating with the final Candidate and securing their acceptance of the position. An assignment is often a cost-effective form of recruiting a senior member of the team.
Often a client prefers not to announce their recruitment of personnel using their own name in an advertisement. PMR are able to write and place advertising in local or national newspapers, handle the response, arrange interviews and assist with the process as little or as much as the Client requires.

These tools rapidly eliminate the unsuitable candidate saving time and money by all concerned. Profiling and team building tests can be used for internal promotions too.
